If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.
Please send all returns, with the packing slip/order number included, to the warehouse address listed on your packing slip. If you are unsure, please send an email to support@dawkfit.com
Late or missing refunds
You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (1-5 business days). Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below.
Incorrect Item Received/Defect
If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, then please email us at support@dawkfit.com. We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
